What we collect
Your full name, street and house/lot number, WhatsApp number, optional email address, whether you own, rent or own without residing, and the number of people in your household.
Why we collect it
To confirm that each member of the new WhatsApp community is a current resident or property owner of Green Acres, and to keep an accurate contact registry for the Citizens Association.
Who has access
Only authorised Citizens Association executive administrators. The registry is never public, and ordinary WhatsApp members cannot see your household details.
How it's used
To verify your registration, send your personal invitation link, and support official community administration. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Corrections & removal
Contact any Citizens Association executive member, or message the official community administrators, to correct your details or ask for your registration to be removed.
